Fremtind aims to enhance customer safety and peace of mind through targeted risk prevention initiatives, incentives, and tailored rehabilitation pathways in cases of disability. The objective is to give individuals and businesses better insight into their needs and provide support when it matters most.

Health and Quality of Life

Fremtind collaborates with FERD Social Entrepreneurs and Lyk-z & Døtre to help vulnerable groups return to employment and offers tailored advice to prevent injuries.

Together, we provide work-oriented courses and life skills programmes for customers who are out of work due to disability or health challenges. Our goal is to support their return to employment, thereby improving financial resilience. We also aim to reduce the number of people on disability benefits through systematic efforts and by empowering individuals.

Methodological tools and programmes have been created, all based on the FROG master programme. This programme is designed to help young people achieve financial independence, improve coping skills, and increase activity levels. The method draws on established disciplines such as neurophysiology, leadership, cognitive principles, communication, and collaborative coaching. Its purpose is to strengthen individuals’ life skills and help them find joy in life.
